Because every child deserves extra sprinkles

Bringing a medically complex child home is stressful. We help fill the gaps insurance leaves behind, so families can focus on what matters most-and add a little extra joy along the way.

Founder/President

Erica Frazier-Jenkins is our founder and president. Erica has been a respiratory therapist since 2008, and for the last 13 years, she has worked exclusively with pediatric home care patients.

"It's unreal the gaps that are left for these caregivers to fill beyond what insurance covers. They shouldn't have to be out here fundraising for a lift or a mattress that improves quality of care and life, they should be focused on their child, and giving them the best life possible."

That constant frustration, led to her searching for a solution for her families, and The Extra Sprinkles Project was born.

Board Member/Secretary

Jim Brittain is one of board members and secretary. He has been a respiratory therapist since 2008.

"To date, working with pediatric patients has been where God has placed a calling on my heart! I know first hand the challenges that a difficult diagnosis can bring into a family. I spent nearly a decade helping many families fight for the necessary supplies and equipment they needed to help their loved ones survive and thrive outside the hospital. And now, I look forward to continuing to support you when you need it the most through this amazing opportunity!"

Watch out for his Dad jokes if you're at one of our events!

Board Member/Treasurer

Jenny Elliott is a board member and our treasurer. She has been a pharmacist since 2008, and has owned her own pharmacy since 2018!

"I love home town independent pharmacy and the personal relationships we are able to provide for our customers and their care. My heart is in helping people get what they need in order care for themselves and their families!!"

I make sure every one of my vent kids has a sponsor every year for a Christmas gift. And for the past 2-3 years, any child that did not have a sponsor by the cutoff, this amazing woman made sure they had a gift.
